Teacher & Staff Appreciation
One of the PTA's most important - and most fun - priorities is supporting and celebrating our incredible teachers and staff. This year, the Teacher & Staff Appreciation Committee is trying something different to bring our WES team a special treat each month. To make donating easy and manageable for everyone, each grade level is being assigned one specific month to "host" the staff appreciation event, beginning with October.
Here's how it works:
At the start of each month, the PTA will send out links to a Sign-Up Genius (for in-person donations) and an Amazon wish list (for online shopping).
This email will go to PTA members with students in all grades, but you only need to keep an eye out for your student(s)' month.
If you're able to donate, shop how you like and either drop off the items or have them shipped directly to our committee.
This does not require any in-person volunteering!
See the monthly schedule below and keep an eye out for your student's grade email. Plus, you'll be able to find reminders in PTA emails, on our Facebook page, and in the monthly newsletter.
Thank you in advance for your generosity and partnership. If you have questions about the new program, or to volunteer with our Teacher & Staff Appreciation Committee, email committee chair Janelle Wiggins.
