Tents & Volunteers Needed at Field Day

WES Field Day is coming up on Wednesday, May 27, with grades 3-5 from 9:25a to 12:15p and grades K-2nd from 12:55 to 3:35p. The PTA is looking for volunteers to hand out delicious frozen treats and donate pop-up tents.

Treat Volunteers: Hand out popsicles to K-2 students, and help manage lines and treats at the Kona Ice truck for 3-5 students.

Tent Volunteers: We're looking for 15 pop-up tents to provide shade at each of the field day stations. Tent volunteers will need to set up and take down their tents.
