Picture Day - Volunteers Needed

Volunteer at WES Picture Day

Volunteers are needed for Picture Day on Wednesday, October 8! Volunteers will pick up classes and bring them to the photographer when it's their turn for pictures; help the photographers manage the classes as everyone gets their picture taken; and help keep the photographers on schedule. There are two available shifts requiring 2-4 volunteers each:

  • 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

  • 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

All volunteers must have completed BCPS volunteer training and application for the 2025-2026 school year and submitted their paperwork for approval.
