Harvest Hangout Interest Meeting - 6/8 at 7pm

Summer may be right around the corner, but we’re doing a little daydreaming about pumpkin spice! Join us for a casual, informational meeting with the 2026 Harvest Hangout committee on Monday, June 8, at 7pm. It can be in-person or virtual, depending on the number of interested and available people.

This year, Harvest Hangout will be held on October 3rd from 3-5pm. We are looking for committee members to take charge of the following categories:

  • -Games/Prizes

  • -Pumpkin Painting and Pumpkin Delivery

  • -Photo area

  • -Volunteers organizer

  • -Tables/chairs/Tent/yard games coordinator

  • -Face Painting

  • -Communications liaison
